Situated on a prominent urban node in downtown Iowa City, this 14-story, mixed-use urban development includes a diversity of commercial spaces, a boutique hotel, apartments, condos, and a private underground parking facility. Apartments and condos are located on levels 7 through 14 and range in size from 550 to 3200 square foot. A climate-controlled arcade is featured at street level and provides commercial amenities and the adjacent pedestrian plaza with a four-seasons casual seating area. A private roof terrace is located on the third level and offers a versatile exterior gathering space for various events. The Plaza Towers culminate vertically with two, double-level penthouses that provide soaring views of the Iowa City metropolitan area and Midwest landscape.
